Terrabella Wineries Ltd. started business in 2010 with a vision to generate strong investor returns in B.C.’s emerging wine industry while minimizing risk with a historically appreciable asset – land. Our goal continues to be to establish a group of 4 wineries that capitalize on operational, production, management, and sales synergies resulting from consolidated management and ownership. To date, Terrabella has raised $11 million from it’s shareholders. This equity has enabled our first two acquisitions, Perseus Winery in July 2011, and an exceptional lake view vineyard in West Kelowna that will be the home of three new brands: Black Swift Vineyards, The Hatch, and Talking Stories. Funds have also been used to build quality inventory and provide working capital. It has an exceptionally strong management team with several top industry individuals and consultants being involved. Financing is being handled by a recognized capital advisor and Terrabella.
