Terraskin
TerraSkin is a tree-free paper made from >80% mineral powder (calcium carbonate) and <20% HDPE food safe resin that acts as a binding agent. The production of TerraSkin requires no water, no bleach, and approximately 50% less energy than traditional paper. Its tear resistant and water resistant properties make it an ideal substitute for PVC vinyl, a recognized toxic and non-recycled material. TerraSkin requires between 20-30% less ink to print, and is applicable in both offset and digital processes. TerraSkin is Silver Cradle to Cradle Certified, FSC Certified, and rated food contact safe by the FDA.
