In our Cx role, we act as an independent Commissioning Authority (CxA) representing the end client, safeguarding their interests through objective verification, structured documentation, and transparent communication. Our capabilities span the full lifecycle of critical infrastructure, including: Design & Engineering Support - Concept, schematic, and detailed electrical design reviews - Compliance checks against applicable IEC, EN, and local standards - Equipment and system specification support - Selectivity, protection, and power-system coordination support Factory & Site Verification - Independent witnessing of FAT and SAT - Integrated testing of modular solutions - Documentation and punch-list management Commissioning / CxA : L1: Documentation and design verification L2: Pre-functional inspections L3: Component-level functional testing L4: System-level functional testing L5: Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and full readiness validation Commissioning Management- Development of project-specific Cx plans, procedures, and test scripts - Coordination across contractors, OEMs, and client teams - Issue tracking, risk management, and schedule alignment - Structured reporting, traceability, and close-out documentation We deliver with passion, clarity, reliability, and consistency across every phase.
