Threat Resolution Ltd (TRLtd) is a provider of explosives risk management services for both land and offshore environments. We aid our clients by filling knowledge and capability gaps within their organisation and the development of explosives risk management solutions. We specialise in the mitigation of Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) risks and, in the survey and removal of mines and Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) in an offshore environment, especially in post-conflict areas. TRLtd services range from desktop study and life-cycle project management to third-party Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The Company operates within the guidelines of International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) in both land and offshore projects. Offshore, we operate to the maritime standards of the United Kingdom and typically, all of our divers are experienced ex-British Royal Navy Clearance Divers.
