A Terrius iniciou o seu trabalho em 2012 com o objectivo de recuperar e valorizar alguns produtos do Património Alimentar do Alentejo, em especial do Norte da Região e, ao mesmo tempo, desenvolver produtos inovadores com base em matérias primas locais, numa perspectiva de Economia Circular. TerriuS is a startup that aims to contribute for a sustainable economy and healthier diet, by using underutilized raw materials and by-products to produce naturally gluten free flours, which are an alternative source to cereals, to be used as an ingredient, both for industry and final consumer.
