TES Consulting Engineering Ltd runs and develops Mechanical Engineering Projects in HVAC Design Field. We design Mechanical Systems for Residential Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical and Micro Electronical Projects, Commercial Buildings and Industrial Storage Areas. Our specialization also designing of HVAC system for Preserved and Retrofitted Buildings, Swimming Pools and Sport Centers. We are specializing with Utilities and Vehicles’ Tunnel Ventilation Systems. We design HVAC Energy Centers with Chillers, Cooling Towers and VRF Systems. We provide Engineering Consultation for the wide range of projects. TES runs CFD Simulation for Parking and Atrium Smoke Exhaust System, design and simulates all engineering functions of the projects to provide the best engineering solution. We use modern design software AutoCAD MEP, Revit and Simulation Tools to implement our design and provide an appropriate Top Energy Solution (TES) for this. We are accompanying the project to get Green Building Assessment, including LEED and any other local code assessments. We arrange the entire Tender and Working Documentation Package, including Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation and making Supervision Site Visits. TES has a Quality ISO 9001 and member in AHRAE and Local Architects and Engineering Organization.
