Tetontopo

Mapping technology has historically been used to depict landscapes for colonial and exploitative gain. At Teton Topo, we combine our technical and artistic proficiency to create Radical Geography, making maps that instead tell stories of responsibility and relationality. Born from a collaboration between wildfire mapping teams and local indigenous communities, we hope to present spatial data in a manner that is based in respect, listening, and ultimately healing for the land and its communities.
