Texan Properties is real estate Development Company that specializes in mid-rise residential development. Seven development projects were completed during 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 in The University of Texas at Austin West Campus Area. Each project required purchasing land, razing existing improvements (where applicable) and securing construction entitlements. All projects were completed on time and budget prior to the start of each academic year. Texan Properties recently completed a purpose built 62 unit condominium project in the SoCo district in central Austin. The project was sold out within 6 months of completion. Texan Properties has started a new purpose built student housing project at UT Austin. The project named Texan 26th will be delivered for the fall semester 2014. Texan Properties just broke ground on a square feet commercial retail project on South Congress. The project will be completed for delivery to tenants the first quarter of 2014.
