All of our cows are raised and processed locally right here in the Texas Hill Country then delivered straight to our stores or your doorstep. The cattle are hand-selected by ranchers with multi-generational knowledge to ensure only the finest quality meats are processed. We then dry age the beef for 17 to 21 days, vacuum seal, and flash freeze each cut to ensure the quality you and your family deserve. We believe the grill is a sacred space.
