Texas Momentum

Texas Momentum is a student-run startup accelerator incubating the next generation of unicorns at UT Austin. We run a semester-long program that helps vetted founders take their ventures to the next level by matching them with top talent on campus and venture capital resources in Austin. Founded in February 2022, Momentum’s mission is to inspire and support active entrepreneurship at UT. We empower students to explore entrepreneurship first-hand through hands-on work with local startups and exposure to industry leaders via guest speaker events. Our goal is to build an ecosystem of creatives, innovators, and builders who mentor, collaborate, and learn from one another—positioning Momentum as the hub for student entrepreneurship on campus.
