Texas Property Shop is the product of many years of planning, learning, building, and a little bit of luck. The foundation for this real estate brokerage was laid many years ago, back when broker/owner, Chad W. Sellers, was studying real estate at the University of North Texas. However, it would take many years of learning and planning before the brokerage could take on the world and associate it's name with the greatest state in the U.S. TPS is a now full service real estate brokerage specializing in listing bank owned foreclosed properties and representing buyers and sellers in the residential and commercial markets. Our corporate office is located in Round Rock with a satellite office in Houston and San Antonio.
