The company was founded in 2006 by the founders Tekabe and Vorwerk. In 2012, the company moved from its Wiehl location to a new building in the Windhagen-West industrial area of the town of Gummersbach. The modern new building offers enough space for growth and visions. There is also a large warehouse with space for up to beds.
