Team Flag Gear, LLC was created by the people of flag football, for the people of flag football. After years of fussing with annoying belts and other faulty equipment, we determined there must be a better way. We assembled a special think tank of players and coaches for a brainstorming session on how to improve flag football gear. We emerged with a revolutionary new system that has since changed the face of flag football as we have come to know it. Thus, Team Flag Gear was born.
