TFM Aviation has on its staff a team of airline experts with many years of experience in fuel management and fuel efficiency activities. Key members of our staff have been conducting airline fuel-efficiency evaluations over the course of the last 6 years. In our recent experience, we have assessed over 75 airlines and have participated in over 10 fuel efficiency implementations. TFM has specialists in flight operations, flight dispatch, aircraft maintenance & engineering and commercial (in-flight services and ground operations). Our team members have from 25 to over 35 years of experience in airline operations including several years in management. We understand the effects and challenges of introducing operational changes into the daily operations and we work with key personnel to minimize the impact of adapting new initiatives to the airline’s structure. Our team is thoroughly familiar with aircraft operation and specializes in minimum cost operation, Cost Index optimization and has first hand knowledge and experience with all of the commercially available flight planning systems in use today. Our pilot team has many years commanding Airbus and Boeing aircraft types.
