For those of you that don’t know us, let me introduce you to Training For Warriors Connecticut. Andreas Washeim started A-Lasting-Fitness in 2007; a one-on-one personal training studio. Over the years, KettlebellFitnessCT was created to bring proper kettlebell training to the community. In 2011, Debra Rydziel was brought on to develop the group training and Cast Iron Fitness was introduced. We have now evolved into a ‘familia’ of over 250 locations worldwide as part of the Training For Warriors Organization. The TFW System began as a training program originally created for the best combat athletes in the world 20 years ago. Today, the training methods of the TFW System can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good. TFW Connecticut stands for building you up, not breaking you down.
