Tgp Cymru

TGP Cymru is the leading independent Welsh children and families charity working with some of the most vulnerable and marginalised children, young people and families in Wales. They may be experiencing difficulties in accessing their rights or with re-building relationships and realising their potential – these include children with disabilities, children with emotional health needs, children seeking asylum and children and families from marginalised communities.
