In 2004 Ludwig Szinicz, Co-founder and owner of TGW Logistics, founded the TGW Future Private Foundation in Wels (Upper Austria), and gave his 100% share of the business to the Foundation. The aim of this donation was to ensure the sustained continuation of TGW Logistics in the spirit of Ludwig Szinicz’ Foundation Philosophy and to enable the company to maintain its independence. Today, TGW Future Private Foundation unites industrial (TGW Logistics) and social (TGW Future Wings) entrepreneurship under one roof and forms with its 2 divisions the TGW World. The core Foundation philosophy is: “Focusing on people – learning and growing”. It is intended to be a framework for both Foundation divisions.
