Thallo's Purpose and Vision: Thallo reimagines how social responsibility is done. It is a platform that connects youth with community-based organisations (NGO's, NPO's and charities), and empowers them to drive social change. Simultaneously, organisations are provided with funding, visibility and direct community engagement. By 2030, having a Thallo profile will be the norm - a platform designed to empower organisations to flourish, while providing individuals with a way to track and showcase their contributions to their local communities. The Problem: Supporters lack visibility into credible organisations, they don't understand/see their impact, or remain unaware of volunteer opportunities. At the same time, organisations struggle to engage directly with supporters and have limited ways to demonstrate growth, showcase impact, and build trust. The Solution: A social media platform that bridges the gap between supporters and organisations, providing organisations with a platform to directly engage with supporters, and allowing supporters to interact with them to develop a digital Thallo profile that keeps record of all their social responsibility.
