Thames Electricals Ltd commenced its operations on Nairobi’s Kirinyaga Road in 1982 as a small electrical retail shop, with a staff of 3 people. The company relocated to Nairobi’s Industrial Area in 1997, currently employing close to a hundred people. Thames is one of the largest distributors of electrical products in Kenya, representing a number of International Brands such as ABB, Osram and 3M, stocking a range from Luminares to Switchgears of Installation Material to cable management systems. We are well equipped to provide full customer support for all our products and at the same time offer competitive pricing. Our mission is to be a responsive and dynamic company that exceeds customer expectations and increasing our Market footprint and share in East Africa through the provision of high quality products and services. Our Vision is to be the leading and preferred provider for all electrical and switchgear requirements.
