How we do it: We have on our staff in the UK experienced and fully qualified Project Managers and Business Analysts. We use our analysis skills to understand the clients’ business and specific challenges /goals. Once the requirements are documented and agreed we use Agile process to deliver solutions through a processes of small software deliveries that are delivered on either a daily or weekly cycle (depending on the size of the project). We are very happy to work with client IT staff to transfer knowledge and skills or to deliver solutions as a fully managed service where required.
