That One Team

The mission of That ONE Team (Our Next Engineers) is to inspire youth to learn about Science and Technology and engage them in exciting mentor-based programs that build Science, Engineering, and Technical skills. We strive to live with integrity and encourage community engagement in order to help build the innovators and leaders of tomorrow. That ONE Team is comprised of students from multiple schools including Rockford, Northview, Sparta and Grand Rapids as well as home-schooled students. In addition to designing, building, programming, and competing, That ONE Team students learn leadership and career skills. The team is run like a business with multiple departments and leaders. Community service is valued. The high school students lead younger teams and pass their skills down to each grade level. They also participate in numerous community events.
