The 3 Doors

The 3 Doors is an international organization that teaches meditation practices rooted in Tibetan Buddhism to transform daily life in ways that open the possibility for more joy in all your interactions. 3 Doors programs support healthy relationships, expressing from a place of natural confidence, tapping into your creativity, and releasing blocks that are holding you back from your full potential. We offer in-person and virtual programs in Europe, Latin America and North America, serving more than 25 countries around the globe. One of our programs is The 3 Doors Compassion Project, a nine-month program offered for healthcare professionals, educators, caregivers and others to reduce stress and prevent work-related burnout.
