The 360 Mama Ltd

An expert-led online platform, courses and community to support women recovering from C-section birth, both physically and emotionally. Our first book The 360 Mama Guide to C-section Recovery was published in July 2025. Emma and Hannah, of The 360 Mama, are postpartum professionals with over 20 years combined experience of treating mothers during and after pregnancy. Emma is a pelvic health physiotherapist, clinical pilates instructor and Mummy MOT practitioner and Hannah is a pre and postpartum massage therapist specialising in scar work and C-section recovery. As mothers ourselves, we are passionate about birth recovery and helping all women access the support and rehabilitation they need to thrive post birth and feel great in their bodies again. No one should be suffering with pain and issues months or years after a C-section so we create health content through our social media channels for parents and professionals and offer online postpartum recovery courses to share everything everyone needs to know about C-section and vaginal birth recovery.
