The 5 Batting Cage Facility

At The 5, we understand sports and science are quickly merging. We provide baseball and softball players access to the technology that elite athletes use to enhance their games. Our facility features batting cages, bullpens, a strength and conditioning area, and a square foot open turf area with technology from HitTrax, Hack Attack softball machines, and Sports Tutor baseball pitching machines, and other cutting-edge technology. We are continuously looking to enhance the way you train. The 5 baseball and softball training facility will allow each player to use technology to enhance all 5 of the core baseball tools – running, throwing, fielding, hitting for average, and hitting for power.
