Our Mission The A&R Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Texas nonprofit entity dedicated to transforming creative passions into sustainable businesses, by providing independent musicians and creative arts businesses with tools, resources, and education on entrepreneurship. Our Vision At the A&R Foundation, we believe that artists are the cornerstone of the creative industry. Our goal is to ensure every creative has a fair opportunity to realize their entrepreneurial potential. We envision Texas as home to one of the nation’s most stable creative ecosystems, built on the foundation of our most critical resource: the artist. We are committed to achieving this through our core values of passion in what we do, transparency in how we do it, and putting our community at the core of it all.
