The Ability Company is a purpose-driven business dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and their caregivers, while advocating for inclusivity and dismantling stigma. Launched on December 3, the International Day of People with Disabilities, The Ability Company combines social impact with practical solutions to address the needs of underserved communities. Products and Services • Ability Collective is our signature product line at The Ability Company, featuring thoughtfully designed merchandise that raises awareness, sparks conversations, and supports advocacy for people with disabilities. • The Ability Solutions is the service branch of The Ability Company, offering a diverse range of support and resources designed to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. Focused on inclusion, accessibility, and empowerment, Ability Solutions provides practical tools and expert guidance to create a more inclusive world. Including a membership community, accessible travel, event and interior space consultation, speaking engagements sharing out story and an eventual podcast. The Ability Company is led by Jen, who brings a unique perspective as a caregiver, and Patricia, who advocates through the lens of lived experience with a disability. Together, they represent a holistic approach to addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their support systems. We believe in celebrating ability over disability. Our goal is to inspire, educate, and create opportunities that empower everyone to contribute their unique talents to the world.
