In 2009, Emma Sharrock founded the coaching and training business The High Flying Mind, with the aspiration to make a difference to individuals, teams and organisations - providing coaching services and capability uplift to thrive in this fast paced world. In 2015, she wrote the book The Agile Project Manager, which has sold hundreds of copies to companies and individuals keen to learn how to apply Agile as a way of working to improve their results. Agile Enterprises emerged to provide specialist coaching and capability and embed the principles and practices from The Agile Project Manager. Agile Enterprises works with a range of clients from financial services to research and development to introduce and reinforce the Agile mindset, tools and techniques. We are passionate about the great results that come from being Agile.
