The Alliance Center

The Alliance Center is a comprehensive mental health practice based in Stamford, Connecticut, devoted to supporting women and families through the transformative stages of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Our interdisciplinary team of licensed clinicians, group facilitators, wellness practitioners, coaches and educators provides wraparound care that meets clients where they are, with compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of the complexities of modern motherhood. We offer a range of services including: psychotherapy, medication management, yoga and movement classes, childbirth education, career coaching, parenting workshops, support groups, Infant CPR classes and community events.
