The thought behind our foundation's name-'Arine' means strength and willpower, the basic idea behind this project. We started out this project with the agenda to reach our peers through a common platform that we all use to help raise awareness about mental health. While many of us see each other thriving over the good moments there are times where we struggle and feel alone which is completely normal. Mental Health is a topic many of us must educate ourselves on, and our agenda is to help others to do the same. We believe that by doing so, we could be helping out a few if not everyone on this platform.
