The Artisan Butcher

The Artisan Butcher is Salsa Accredited and based in Warwick in the UK. We supply a range of businesses, independent schools, and hospitality sector outlets in central England, around the M40 corridor and central London. We offer a full selection of hand portioned meats, complemented by our own range of portion controlled gluten free sausages, meat balls & burgers, complimented by a wide range of allergen free marinated products, with flavours from around the world. We work successfully both with clients directly and through third-party procurement experts. We run courses and team building exercises in butchery skills and sausage making and we also produce a range of our own artisan charcuterie and cooked products. We are proud to be a member of the National Craft Butchers and Campden BRI.
