The ASCEND Collective (TAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating career pathways for veterans, military spouses, and underserved talent through a skills-first approach. We believe talent is defined by potential — and that everyone deserves opportunities that value them as a person, recognize their skills, and provide a path to success. In 2026, TAC enters its next phase of growth, transforming from a single-mission nonprofit into a community ecosystem for empowerment, readiness, and belonging. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact, TAC is launching new initiatives that bridge education, workforce, and entrepreneurship — including Vanguard Rising, the H.O.P.E. for HR leadership course, and the ASCENDing Beyond Barriers podcast. Guided by our core principles of Advocacy, Access, and Community, we turn belief into action. Through career readiness, leadership training, storytelling, and technology, we connect veterans, military spouses, underserved talent, and small business founders to the tools and opportunities they need to grow, lead, and thrive.
