The Assembly

The Assembly is a social club/community space focused on fitness experiences. We are designed to help build strength — body, mind, and life — through intentional design, inspiring events, fitness classes, engagement with causes that matter, and experiences that aren't afraid to challenge you. The Assembly is a wellbeing club built by and for people who love to work out, work hard, relax often, go outside and do it all with friends. The Assembly creates space for people to discover and practice what makes them feel good. We make taking care of yourself easy. We believe in good workouts, good food, and good company. We are curious. We are responsible. We believe wellbeing happens with community.
