The Attainment Network

The Attainment Network connects partners and drives collaboration to build education-to-workforce systems that support every learner on their path to earning family-living wage employment and economic opportunities through education and skills training. Anticipated Outcomes-More and more diverse learners complete education and skills training that lead to family-living wage employment-Career-connected learning that supports the success of all learners and meets economic demands-A continuum of relevant education and work experiences that create confidence and optimism in achieving economic security-A Colorado workforce prepared for current and future jobs-A national model for erasing persistent and pervasive equity gaps, increasing education and skills acquisition and building a highly skilled and educated workforce. The Denver Education Attainment Network (DEAN), a project of The Attainment Network, is focused on increasing educational attainment, closing equity gaps and creating connections to better workforce opportunities for low-income, first-generation and students of color in Denver.
