The Authentic Dialogue

The Authentic Dialogue’ is a sanctuary for honest, heartwarming, and heartbreaking thoughts and experiences. It has been created with love, care, anxious tears, and cookie crumbs. The origin story- My struggles with mental health led me to believe that my negative thoughts were unique and original. Nobody else could possibly understand or care. That's not true. There were others who felt like me, who went through similar situations. Knowing that made me feel less alone and more hopeful. There was a moment a couple of months ago, when I woke up and felt alright about my existence. It wasn’t rainbows and sunshine's but a soft blanket, a nice book, and a cup of tea. That’s when I decided to create The Authentic Dialogue. I wanted something good to come out of something terrible. Maybe my misery could be helpful and my experiences could mean something more than just pain. Since I loved writing and spent a lot of time doing it for others, I decided to create a space for me to share my personal writings on mental health and self-development. It went on to include literature because I don't think I can define myself or my experiences without the guidance of the literary world.
