These services include: 1⃣ Overall Autism Program Evaluation- Comprehensive assessments of districts' autism programs, aiding those facing audits and/or those being proactive with their programs- Classroom visits, interviews, and detailed reports with tailored improvement recommendations. 2⃣ Teacher Evaluation, Consultation, and Professional Development- Specific evaluations and consultations for teachers, featuring classroom observations and effective approach modeling- Ongoing support, training, coaching, and implementation of recommended strategies. 3⃣ Behavior Analysis and Intervention- Observations of students in diverse environments, informal Functional Behavior Analysis, and personalized intervention strategies- Addressing challenging behaviors with a nuanced approach to meet each student's unique needs. 4⃣ Parent and Family Training- In-home or school-based training for parents, focusing on autism behavior, best practices, and navigating IEP complexities.
