The Babe Within

Welcome to The Babe Within, an exciting new program for pre-teen girls,(Babes-in-Training) to “discover their inner babe” Discovering their inner babe can take girls along a number of different paths, but all of them will reflect the uniqueness of each individual. Girls can be whoever and whatever they want to be – without listening to the often negative and biased messages found in everyday media. Babes-in-Training are encouraged to become aware of the many possibilities which exist in everyday life to enable living life to the full. There are also plenty of opportunities to be “in action”, do new activities and have fun with other attendees. The Babe Within program is an eight session program which focuses on three key building blocks for this journey.* Eat - to fill your life with energy * Energize - yourself with fun, new activities * Explore - your inner talent and discover what you love doing
