The Baker Group originates back to 1970's when Michael Baker (Director) at the age of 19 establish the business. Michael with his small building crew completed development projects across Tasmania, focusing in those early years on work in the more remote locations where competition was scarce. Michael’s hard working ethic and ability to not shy away from a challenge continues to this day and motivates the staff at the Baker Group. The business has a long term strategic view and partners with clients and communities to create enduring benefits for all valued stakeholders.
