Hello and welcome to The Balanced Body Co, a hub for holistic healing therapy based in Perth, Western Australia. My goal is to assist people on their individual healing journeys through the beautiful hands-on healing modalities of Bowen Therapy and Reiki. Bowen Therapy is a gentle but powerful therapy which stimulates the body to let go of pain cycles caused by trauma or stress - be that physical, mental or emotional. Once released, the body's healing abilities are awakened bringing profound results. Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy (or palm) healing which promotes relaxation and self-healing. In recent years reiki has been integrated into many healthcare settings, including hospitals and palliative care centres.
