Trauma-informed breathwork and somatic coaching for high-achieving women ready to reclaim their power, build nervous system resilience, find safety in rest without guilt, and take action from a place of regulation rather than reactivity. Services include one-on-one coaching with Alyssa, a certified trauma-informed breathwork and somatic coach, such as single breathwork sessions (60-90 minutes), packages of 3-6 sessions, group coaching via a digital membership, and more. Alyssa specializes in a trauma-informed approach that teaches us that more intensity doesn't equal more transformation. She uses a mixture of gentle and energizing breath patterns designed to stimulate different parts of the nervous system (PSNS/vagus nerve or SNS) to bring balance to the mind, body, and heart. Building inner safety through titration is also a core piece of trauma-informed breathwork. And Alyssa understands that this process is very intimate and unique for everyone. She customizes each session with meditations, music, and breath sequences. Ultimately, her approach to breathwork is designed to help you ease back into your body (on your own timeline), meeting and accepting new parts of yourself along the way, and creating new neural pathways for healing that allow you to reconnect over time and trust yourself more deeply!
