The Balanced Wellness Centre exists to support employers and employees alike in their daily struggles and celebrations. Uniquely combining personal and professional development along with data analytics, we address trends within a particular organization or industry, and simultaneously provide resources to support employee engagement and development, all without breaching employee privacy and confidentiality. Our team of over 20 (and growing) Contributing experts from across Canada, offer guidance, support and resources in their areas of expertise related to: Health and Safety, Health and Wellness, and Emotional Essentials. We deliver this expertise in three primary ways- Online courses through subscription packages on our gamified platform - In person/ virtual seminars and workshops - One-to-One Consultations.
