Low impact but high intensity, you’re shaking but not sweating, the weights are light but at the same time couldn’t feel heavier.Barre is a full body workout that will help you discover muscles you didn't even know you had. Inspired by the original Lotte Berk technique, these classes combine the graceful strength and conditioning of ballet training with the stability and control of Pilates. The Barre Coach monthly membership is designed to create lasting and sustainable changes whilst keeping you engaged and motivated by using brand new choreography in each class. With a strong emphasis on technique, Barre will help you build strength, muscle tone, endurance and stamina whilst keeping injury free. Although challenging, the classes are low impact and modifications are given throughout making these workouts accessible for all ages and abilities.
