The Barry Group was founded in 2010 after our success of Barry Retail Consulting's recruitment division, We have noticed that most agencies have similar mentalities, to staff their clients as soon as possible with whatever candidate is available. We take an entirely different approach. When being hired by a client, we carefully determine what kind of person they will need and then search for the perfect candidate based on their criteria. Our recruiters don't look for just anyone available, they find the perfect one. In 2011, services expanded to not only recruitment but by providing cost savings through an entire corporate level, from sourcing the best prices through partners we have extablished a relationship over the years. From communication and POS solutions to finding the cheapest copy paper, our newest division works as a consultant for your cost savings in almost all areas. Our office is located in the GTA but we cater to clients nationwide and in some cases across North America.
