The Baseball Island Foundation
The Baseball Island Foundation is reconnecting education and baseball in the Dominican Republic. We provide Dominican youth with the tools they deserve, and the preparation they need to succeed in professional baseball, life in the United States, and life after baseball. We provide 100% free pro-style baseball and strength training, supplemental meals, clean drinking water, transportation, vocational training, USA college placement services, and job placement to Dominican youth who stay in school and consistently attend our Assimil-style English proficiency classes. Our "Community Campus" system means that donations flow through local Las Terrenas businesses as we provide for our young men.
