The Bayshore Group is a land developer focused on building high quality, eco-friendly, custom and semi-production spec homes in North Kawartha and surrounding areas. Founded in 2017, the initial focus of the business was renovation of cottages which quickly expanded into new build cottages and the acquisition of land for development. As the corporation moves into the next phase of the business, it will be focused on building semi-production homes to end user customers on speculation as well as selling high end custom lakefront homes/cottages. We’ve assembled a team of highly-trained, local professionals, each one an expert in one or more facets of the home building process.
