Our role is that of a specialist adviser to companies, funds and organisations which are raising capital from institutional and major private investors- We open doors by providing fund raisers with appropriate introductions to investors through our well-established international network of contacts and sources. As needed, we guide fund raisers with tailor-made assistance in preparing their funds for launch. We also undertake longer-term investor relations programmes- The Group has been operating since 1994. Its main office is in London with additional bases in Switzerland and Asia- We work for managers of funds (FoF, PE/buyout, venture, debt and real estate) and for companies seeking direct investment- We work across all industry sectors.
