The Bee Centre

The Bee Centre is a multi-award-winning centre of excellence for bee-related education, breeding and husbandry. We breed sustainable, near-native honeybees, enhance biodiversity, create habitat for pollinators and deliver education about bees and their importance to our social, economic and environmental wellbeing. We help organisations to make a positive environmental impact by supporting sustainable populations of near-native honeybees and other pollinators. We also work with clients to create habitats which will support strong biodiversity. We link seamlessly with environmental management activities including ISO 14001, EMAS and and provide opportunities for biodiversity offsetting. We supply and manage hives on clients' premises. We also host hives, on clients' behalves, at one of our many apiaries; so improving biodiversity where on-site options are limited. Clients can benefit from an extensive range of corporate benefits including branded hives and honey, certificated biodiversity contribution and corporate promotion. We also work with schools, and other educational establishments to deliver environmental content.
