The Behavioral Wealth Project LLC (BWP) was established in 2019 to support individuals and families in creating healthier cycles of behavior. Establishing new patterns of behavior requires self-awareness and education to identify what no longer works within the family system. We take a close look at the root causes of behavior patterns within the family and identify both individualized and realistic interventions to help families establish long-term changes. At the BWP we focus on changing systems as opposed to solely focusing on a single goal. We provide parent coaching and workshops that highlight Human-to-Human interactions between the child and parent. This approach allows parents to see strategies and engagement with their children from an empathetic and open-minded point of view. While traditional parenting has been passed down through generations the effectiveness can be questioned. Human-to-Human parenting focuses on mutual respect, empathy, open communication, and effective discipline to nourish and support the parent-child relationship.
