The Beige Foundation Tbf

The BEIGE Foundation (TBF) is the Social Responsibility arm of BEIGE, a Financial Services Provider. TBF was founded in 2010 with a mission of improving the lives of young people in areas of youth development, entrepreneurship, business excellence and support for needy to sustain livelihoods. TBF has since its inception engaged over young persons in Ghana and has invested over GHC5m through projects under its brand ideals which are Youth Development, Entrepreneurship, Business Excellence and Support for the needy. TBF meets its objective through the strategic implementation of projects under its brand ideals. The BEIGE Academy, the learning and development arm of BEIGE is responsible for training and career development of employees and the general public as well. TBF is passionate about advancing and promoting the course of the youth. TBF is funded mainly from the proportion of profits of businesses in The BEIGE Group, donations from employees of BEIGE and their families.
