Coming from a family of hospitality, our Founders Gurpreet & Karan were born foodies. The passion and zeal lead them to pursue Hotel Management, which further their belief of creating a mega Indian Qsr Format. Gurpreet with a masters in International Hotel Management specialising in Brand launches. He has pioneered the launch of American food brands IHOP, Potbelly & Bruxie in India. Having led these brands he was also part of the pilot team to bring Pf Changs & Buffalo Wild Wings to India. Having worked with Rational, Zomato and other consulting firms gave him the insight to further enhance the operations and create a brand which has the power to be accepted globally. Karan has worked with leading spirit distribution company and founded an event company where he learnt in depth about supply chain, logistics and food forecasting. He is a leader in Man Management and is a skilful sales and business development professional. Gurpreet & Karan bring the tech and chef in The Biryani Chef respectively.
