The Bishop Consulting Group leverages decades of expertise in navigating legislative processes at both the state and federal levels. Organized by Rob Bishop, former U.S. Congressman, Chairman of the Natural Resources Committee, and Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives. The group includes Shule Bishop, who brings nearly two decades of experience with the Utah State Legislature and Congress. Zenock Bishop provides a Juris Doctor and 15 years in government affairs, lobbying, legal practice, and service in the U.S. Senate. Elijah Taylor enhances our capabilities with his background in marketing, event planning, budgeting, and client management, including work with former members of the U.S. House and Senate. We leverage a robust network of deep legislative knowledge and influence to effectively pass policy and secure appropriations.
